Pros

The work and the job itself are satisfying. It is not a hard job and almost anybody can do it.

Cons

The management and leadership are all overworked and stressed. This leads to them not being able to remember employees, conversations, requests or even completed assignments. For several months my supervisor called me by the wrong name and laughed it off, even in emails where she was replying to my name and signature. There are no advancement opportunities. They like you to train for multiple departments and work on other departments projects while those departments are overwhelmed. This will come with little-to-none on notice then self-train using powerpoint to start making calls on your own. They are currently running employees on 10 hrs mandatory overtime weekly. Those are all just facts, on a personal level, they are shady, cliquey, biased and bullies. They pick favorites and when you aren't a favorite anymore your entire work life changes.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
