Poor Leadership - Medical Technologist Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Minimal raise. No opportunity to move up. Instead of promoting qualified employees with significant years of leadership experience, they promote outside of the department for supervisor and upper-level positions. Forced to train them and they struggle for years because they have not worked the bench in the department and never will. Treated as just a " warm body" robot to do the work. Hire unqualified and incompetent people that struggle and force other techs to train them. Education and license are not required or respected. Leadership doesn't listen and doesn't care. Very dismissive and self-serving.
