Pros
Unlimited time off…until they take that away because some people are abusing it.
Cons
Myself, my boss, his boss have no ability to make decisions independently anymore. Puppeteers at the top are driving new decisions that make no sense to the well informed, experienced people who work daily with customers. Financial analysts have provided egotistical VPs with more then enough motivation to drive the bus from the backseat and they’re running over customers and experienced sales people every day now.
