Poor management - Laboratory Technician 2 Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Management only thinks about how they can save money so they get a higher bonus at the end of the year. They don't want you to do overtime hours but they want you to finish all the work even if you are short-staffed. There's a reason why recent supervisors only last for a couple of months and they end up leaving. If you are a Lab Assistant 1, they will try to make you work as a Lab Assistant 2 but wont raise your pay. They will only give you false promises.
