      Pros

      Decent benefits. HSA and FSA helps with co-pays. PTO builds up quickly and allows for plenty of time away from chaos. Met some great people.

      Cons

      Below average pay. Good employees leaving for better pay elsewhere. Armchair quarterbacking from upper management who don't have a clue about what your job actually entails. No employee support--the client isn't always right. Glad to be out of there as I'm making almost double the wage elsewhere.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
