Yearly raises are insulting. Everything and I mean everything has gone up except my pay, and even when it comes time for raises in March, it may be a dollar but probably not. No one ever gets more than a dollar. Doesn’t seem to matter how much of a yes person you are or how much you give of yourself to this company. Everything is on their terms they pick and choose one to allow you to have overtime. If the supervisor doesn’t care for you you’re not getting overtime if you want it But at the end of the day she doesn’t wanna give anybody overtime. I swear these supervisors get bonuses if they keep our budgets within their limits.
