Pros
Good pay my supervisor was nice and some of the people were nice to work with. If you work part time you get a shift differential. Lots of job openings.
Cons
No receptionist we have to do everything and I mean EVERYTHING phone calls go unanswered and patients get mad when we can't answer. Its too much work for one person to do. They don't want to hire a receptionist to do anything because it saves money. I don't know they cant just suck it up spend the money for a receptionist it cuts down on wait time. And I work almost every Saturday even though they said rotating Saturdays and I'm not working at the location that was specified in the job description. I know that no company is perfect all the way around but Quest is kind of ridiculous. And not only that but part time employees get no benefits as of what I was told anyway. And sometimes they'd call me in on my days off.
