      Pros

      Job is easy. Coworkers are nice. Listen to music all day in the car. Get out and see the world. Walk a bit and get some exercise.

      Cons

      Blame game. RSR's get blamed first if anything goes wrong. CYA is the biggest problem in the workplace. Doctors, Phlebotomists, and the Lab, RSR's have to catch ALL of their mistakes or else they get marked down and lose whatever small raise they get at end of year.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
