Pros
Promote from within. Take any position and you can work your way up. Start with 15 days vacation; gain even more days fairly fast.
Cons
A majority of the work and positions are at night. Most departments are running with less people than it should. When the company makes a change, it does not benefit the worker. Little incentive, little bonuses, little raises.
