      Work load pretty consistent, coworkers, shifts,decent health coverage. Opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      Fast paced, schedule conflicts, lack of communication between managers and team. Call get called off for lack of work. *Tip have a PRN side job to make up for call off days*

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
