      Pros

      MedPlus has lots of talented employees who try to do their best for the customer. Pay and benefits are pretty good for the Cincinnati area.

      Cons

      MedPlus has the most dysfunctional and incompetent senior management team I have ever seen in my career. They have made incredibly bad business decisions that have cost the company millions of dollars and many jobs. The CEO leads by fear and intimidation and anyone who dares to question his decisions is gone. Their new products are not catching on and their old ones are falling apart due to neglect. This company days are numbered.

      Company car, not much else

      Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
