      Pros

      Money was not bad but took forever to get there. Working there for 18 years I made close to what the new hires were paid and that was not right. The employees, particularly the logistics drivers could benefit with Union intervention.

      Cons

      Much dissension between workers and management.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
