      Pros

      I sincerely can't think of any... corporate is a mess.

      Cons

      Corporate is just a complete disaster. It's shocking that Quest is even still in business knowing how they run at an executive level. Unorganized, mediocre work products, lack of clarity on common goals, lack of communication, lots of talk about trust and teamwork, but no follow through. I got out of there as fast as possible. Not worth my time, energy, or talent.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
