      Pros

      Health benefit insurance discount based on health screening. That's about it.

      Cons

      Company is a shit-show. Rounds of layoffs and recently closed down the other lab in PA due to profit losses. But then they require mandatory overtime because they don't have enough workers. Pay is not to par with competition. PTO sucks and there is no separate sick pay (sick pay comes out of PTO and only allowed 56 hours a year).

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
