      Pros

      You meet some great coworkers, system is easy to learn, you process your own specimens so if there's an error you know you made it.

      Cons

      Your wearing multiple hats. You register patients, draw their blood, and process their specimens within 10/15 minutes. You have to manifest your specimens and pack them up for the couriers. Seems like an awful lot in such little time so you are constantly rushing which can lead to errors. Pay isn't worth everything you do.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
