      Pros

      I can't think of a single nice thing to say.

      Cons

      Layoffs Pay is below market value. Bonuses have been cut drastically the last few years and dispersed to stock holders when the people are the ones doing the work. Overtime is required to stay above water. People with seniority are untouchable. There are more bad managers than good ones.

      Company car, not much else

      Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
