      You get PTO, a yearly bonus, and what they call a raise.

      Cons

      They want to split your days off now. This company doesn’t pay enough for them to split your days off. Don’t report anything unless you want retaliation. Lazy employees get rewarded.

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
