Pros
I enjoy how independent the job is. Most days are the same and there’s rarely unexpected things that happen.
Cons
Long tenured employees have contributed to a negative morale. Department to department communication is especially poor. No routes are exactly alike, thus the pay structure doesn’t reward you for driving in higher crime areas, longer routes, more stops, more specimens collected, etc.
