      Pretty good benefits, reasonably good pay, good entry level position to gain lab experience

      Cons

      Fundamental lack of respect and consideration for any staff and their contributions, severe and intentional understaffing, overworking staff without proportional compensation, grossly unsafe work environment, utter disregard for employee bodily safety and corruption issues within upper management
