Pros
Not worth it. The company does not value its employees.
Cons
Diversity is one of their key values. The way they treated one of their own employees who was from a different state is unethical and not professional. I recently started working in this team which was based in Trivandrum, Kerala. Meaning the team consisting mostly mallu people. They had 2 people who was from other states namely Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The employee from Tamil Nadu had almost 7 years of experience and was with this company for 4 years. He worked as a developer. The other person worked here for more than a year and he had 8 years of experience. The person from Tamil nadu,(Ajay for reference) resigned and was in his notice period of 3 months. Ajay was a developer, but Quest management put him in an Automation Tester role in a new team which started in Jan 2026. He resigned due to the degradation of role. The other person (Binoy for reference) was a Manual Tester who joined the team same as Ajay and he did not receive any KT from anyone and was delivering tasks from his experience and knowledge. This person who was working with 100% commitment was fired and given bad review by Quest Management. He was highly regarded by the client company Philips and was appreciated by the client project manager but did not recieve a single message or email from Quest employees that he was being let go until the Philips Management thanked him for his services and told him it was his last day as informed by Quest. Right, Quest pushed its client to release an employee early from them and thereby not giving him his variable pay which he deserved. HR previously told him that he woould get his VP, but the management played him. Why all this happened? Because he could not speak the same language. They said he was not a team player. He supported everyone when no one new what to do and this was how the company replied. A company which identifies its beleifs in diversity and equality in India treats its employees like this. Shame on you. Soon, I will resign too.
