Some products are very good as SonicWall and Kace

Cons

Does not pay salary at correct day. Does not give any kind of training for employees Does not respect Career progression Does not respect Older Employes It is moving all Jobs from all part of World to Panamá because is Cheaper Does not think on customer first... Metrics always came first... A LOT of unsatisfied people...

Pros

Quest Software is a great place to work. The people are genuinely good people, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Quest is a strong environment if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with experienced teams, and helping customers address real business and security challenges. The company has a deep portfolio, talented employees, and many opportunities to collaborate across sales, presales, product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams. I also appreciate the flexibility, the trust given to senior employees, and the ability to contribute strategically beyond a narrow job description.

Cons

Like many large technology organizations, processes can sometimes be complex, and internal alignment across teams may take time. There are also opportunities to improve enablement, communication, and consistency around product packaging, roadmap visibility, and internal workflows.
