Quest pays well; opportunity to work with solid talent; great place to start a career in software industry
Cons
New owners are driven by margin and cost reduction. They don't care about culture and top live revenue. It's a depressing place to work as the company has constantly been in transition for years and all the old-timers that were in the original Quest are all gone. Culture is gone and there is no transparency. If you make too much money, you are gone. This is not a place to have a long-term career.
