Pros

Good work/life balance, easy to get time off if you need it. There are some good people there, made a lot of friends.

Cons

Raises are very low and inconsistent. Management is not always clear with direction the company is headed, and changing their minds and doing a 180 a few months later.

For example, you categorize raises as very low and inconsistent. One of the first post divestiture actions was to run a merit planning process for all employees with an average pool of 4%. This is significantly better than the national average. I'd love to understand your expectations and how we failed to meet them. Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
