Pros

I was moved over to Quest after working for Dell for 10+ years. I love working @ Quest, it is like a mini-Dell and I enjoyed my time there too. Quest empowers me to do a good job, provide fanatical customer service and encourages improvement for all employees. I am in a sales support/team leader role and get to work remote 100% of the time. It can be challenging not having an office to report to but Quest gives me all the tools I need to work remotely and be productive...laptop, headset, network, internet and support.

Cons

Quest is a smaller company, upward mobility can take a little longer with less positions.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
