Pros

Startups have challenges even if the company was around prior to the Dell acquisition and the divestiture. Synergy is so important and in the time I have been a part of the new company it has had growing pains but so excited about the future. The culture has completely improved through the rebranding and looking at how far we have come since November 2016 the future is bright.

Cons

Should hold all accountable for their part of the customer experience. With so many different level of managers it sometimes feels like your not being valued the same as others who may not be providing the same level of customer experience. They seem to get rewarded for doing just enough to get by or qualify for Club even though they don't follow through on simple daily tasks.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
