Pros

Good salary based on current average in my country

Cons

Management doesn't seem to know where they are going. Upper management only cares about money considering every engineer that leaves a "saving" setting the rest of the company up for failure, you can't expect to lift the same weight 4 people used to lift with just 1. Pay is not in relation with the job you do. You'd find Team Leads earning less than the frontlines engineers that they support and take escalations from,

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
