Pros

Great team environment. Very helpful management and coworkers. Encouragement and skills provided to be successful. No micro managing. Treated like adults who are responsible for their job and their money. Great work/life balance. Compensation and benefits are great.

Cons

I have no complaints so far.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
