Pros

- A relatively good opt for someone young who wants some software sales experience. -Easy to get the hang of.

Cons

They're paying you crumbs on these renewals. You'll make like $15,000 commission over the year for selling 5 Million in renewals. That's not a typo. Also, there's far too many renewal reps. This could be a well-paying six figure job easy if they would consolidate territories allow reps to take on more responsibility for more pay. Would also reduce turnover, which is high.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
