Pros

Fresh fruit and K-cup coffee in the breakrooms.

Cons

Pervasive mediocrity interrupted by pockets of shocking incompetence. Aggressive acquisitions are followed by layoffs and malign neglect. Executives who manage products and divisions into the ground are rewarded with promotions. You may search in vain for evidence of leadership or vision.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
