      Good people. Good products. Lots of tenure, Easy place to work.

      Cons

      Poor pay plans, 2021 quotas are unrealistic, new leadership all from outside and they want to run Quest like a company we are not ready to be. Late to cloud, products are average, support and development orgs have been cut back massively.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
