      Nice office. Casual attire. WFH a few days a week.

      Cons

      Not paid enough at all. No room to grow or move up. No way of getting paid more, ever. Ok with other horrible employees. No appreciation for hard work. Perfect if you are into complacency and no growth.

      We appreciate your long tenure with Quest. As a sales specialist, you have the perfect opportunity to get paid more by way of your commission plan. There are also other special earning opportunities this quarter so that Quest can get off to a fast start. In terms of career growth, you may be at the top of your career ladder but that's certainly not the case for everyone.       Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
