Thanks for your thought-provoking comments. Quest is a fast moving company and there are many changes in our strategy and org structure. Like most companies, we are reinventing ourselves somewhat after the pandemic and that requires adaptation. What hasn't changed is our focus on employees, evidenced by our recent investments in headcount in many markets, more promotions than in previous years, a "rounded up" bonus, liberal WFH policies - and those are just a few things to note. Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
