5yThanks for your thought-provoking comments. Quest is a fast moving company and there are many changes in our strategy and org structure. Like most companies, we are reinventing ourselves somewhat after the pandemic and that requires adaptation. What hasn't changed is our focus on employees, evidenced by our recent investments in headcount in many markets, more promotions than in previous years, a "rounded up" bonus, liberal WFH policies - and those are just a few things to note.
