      Pros

      1. Best place for a fresher to start with. 2. Introduce yourself to the world of different technology. 3. Make Individual understand what and how team building is done. 4. Supportive Management across all teams. 5. Helping hand through out any hurdles.(Which is sometimes not good though). 6. Products developed are top notch.

      Cons

      Only one point, stop spoon feeding sometimes. :)

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
