      Pros

      Was a good working environment with great coworkers, but company decided to go private and instead was acquired by Dell (going from 4,000 employees to 110,000). Overall benefits were inline with the industry.

      Cons

      Company was acquired by Dell. Since it's now Dell, all corporate policies and benefits are inline with Dell's. Best Quest people are already moving on.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
