      Pros

      No annoying micromanagement - as long as you are delivering results you are pretty much free.

      Cons

      no real career path - for new senior positions they usually bring in new people. if you want to move forward you may need to look for another company. Officially they are trying to change that

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
