      Working at Quest was great, the work environment always felt like you appreciated in your day to day activities and felt like you were contributing to the company overall.

      Cons

      Sometimes the sales and executive team were missing the big picture from a individual product perspective when trying to suggest product changes / improvements.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
