Pros

Highly skilled work force good budgets to work with will listen to solutions

Cons

Poor understanding of work/life balance 1950's outlook at women in workforce (seen from a male's perspective btw) does not understand how agile development functions at all despite their climes. Very much a waterfall outfit with a kanban board drives very hard and inconsistent deadlines set by marketing teams, NOT solution teams. Has security holes you could drive a truck thou. (i did fix most of them however..... i just the ones i found in my area) poor understanding what of mental health and disabilities are and means to them, their staff and how to communicate with people with these uses. HR and management has a 1950's idea on how to do this, just like how they handle women, extremely poorly. (Ostracize, Ignore, punish for every mistake they can find until removed in cases ware that person is out spoken and pushes for change and wants to be involved)

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
