Pros

Quest had a great culture, customers loved us, we cared about the customers and employees, and there was a lot of growth opportunities.

Cons

Dell Acquisition. 110,000 employee Large, slow hardware company acquiring a 4,000 employee software company is going to change everything. It not Dell's fault. They are just a completely different company that internally is focused on Legal and HR compliance, Not on selling software.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
