      Pros

      They had an onsite gym, the location was great ..there was a pool table in the lounge area and the location was great

      Cons

      Management in my department sucked. Your review was usually based on whether or not your were flavor of the month as opposed to being a good employee.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
