Pros

They have a decent culture on the sales side. At a high level they seem to care about their salesforce.

Cons

Product is older and outdated. Processes are old school. Overall company has been around for 30+ years so it's a bit of old school mentality. Promotion path was hard to see. They're a dominant name in the space but unfortunately have a bad rep with clients due to their compliance and license true up strategy.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
