      Will get you in the door at other jobs, don’t have to work after closing time, thrill of negotiating a large deal. Great place to start out of college.

      Cons

      Strict office rules if you’re in office. Fairly low pay. hard to advance internally.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
