Pros
You will get experience and a paycheck.
Cons
Leadership is a constantly changing. Firing useful engineers and hiring a whole cohort of continuous improvement people with no understanding of the business or its processes. The only way to get a raise is to interview elsewhere and get a job offer. Wasteful spending at every turn, but when it comes to cost-cutting they almost exclusively target workers. Cost-cutting by firing workers is a good way to signal to investors you are cutting costs, but its also a good way to signal to your workforce you do not care about them at all. Everyone is miserable. Pay for operators and lower level employees is extremely low which adds to the horrible culture. Work/life balance? FORGET ABOUT IT. They withheld my pay after I quit and did not pay me for work that was previously done. I would fight it, but I'd rather not ever deal with this company ever again.
