      Hiring process was fairly simple and moved quicky.

      Cons

      Company has had layoffs and restructures. The comp plan was completely changed and they do not want to pay reps. Least amount of money I've made in 8 years. High pressure sales with little reward.

      Cons

      Very bad communication between lead and manager. They pay is entry level but the job itself is not entry level. Manager tells you one thing and the lead says another. Night shift lead is very lazy with an unprofessional demeanor. Mandatory overtime that’s not even worth the paycheck. The lead is a micro manager. They tell you not to be on your phone but they’re on their phone half the time. They make you do all the work and don’t want to help out. Training is unorganized.
