Pros

Good team that works together. Good training program and tons of info available to research and diagnose problems.

Cons

Always short staffed, over worked due to people leaving and training new people takes 6+ months. Pay is not based on location but on a national average, so it is low where it should be higher. Company has changed ownership and CEOs and pay raises have been very low not enough to keep up with inflation.

Cool technicians, ping pong table

Cons

Very bad communication between lead and manager. They pay is entry level but the job itself is not entry level. Manager tells you one thing and the lead says another. Night shift lead is very lazy with an unprofessional demeanor. Mandatory overtime that’s not even worth the paycheck. The lead is a micro manager. They tell you not to be on your phone but they’re on their phone half the time. They make you do all the work and don’t want to help out. Training is unorganized.
