Pros
Money, I guess Most of the people are cool Will give you a strong work ethic This job will pay you really well if you get promoted. Quiktrip really is full of amazing people (a few bad apples) This specific position is NOT for everyone. It wasnt for me.
Cons
Honestly, there were a ton for me. I was a clerk first and then got promoted to RA. I quit pretty much after 1.5 months. I loved being a clerk. As soon as I hit training for RA, I was treated so terribly by my trainer I dreaded coming to work. I should have reported him to his boss honestly. I sucked it up thinking I'd be ok after training but no. I was not trained to do my job properly which led to stress, people talking down to me, and I lost all confidence. My Saturday shifts were always understaffed. No calls no shows. My experience is not everyone's though. A lot of people are successful at Quiktrip. I am writing this to hopefully save someone from the experience I had. I truly believe a good trainer makes all the difference and had i had a good trainer I never would have quit. I was so discouraged. So if you take this job, just know you can request a new trainer. Do not be treated badly someone on a power trip like I was. The job I loved turned into a nightmare for me.
