      Great Company - Part Time Clerk QuikTrip Employee Review

      Pros

      Pay is great and is filled with bonuses for a lot of different things. Work environment is great. Also the relationships that one builds with team members can be everlasting. They have annual days where the entire region goes out and has a family day with all the employees to have a good time. A great time to relax and best of all, YOU GET PAID FOR THAT TIME TOO. There are perks for longevity with the company such as 6 or 12 month bonuses, pay raises every year you are there, customer service bonuses. Promotions within the company is a great way to work your way up and everyone starts at the same place to work their way up.

      Cons

      Work can become repetitive and boring after working with then for a long period of time.

      Fast pace never gets boring. Lots of schedule flexibility

      Bad customers depending on location, some task unappealing bathrooms, scraping gum stc

      Pros

      For part-time flexible hours and if you're a student you can get tuition reimbursement (If you work +13 hours and payed for your tuition). Also, good bounce as you work more hours. And once you stay long enough you can get health insurance and vacation days paid (you can get these benefits has a full time, but if you're and in high school and going to college after this would be better to keep flexible hours and later on get the perks),

      Cons

      At first, they give you a lot of information and even as you work with the company, there will be new things to learn. Bad thing about that is that store managers can get mad because other managers haven't explained to the clerks. So, it can be frustrating, this job is also a lot of talking so if your shy then that would be a problem.
