Pros
Flexible Schedule for Part-time students, Managers usually are very involved and help as much as possible.
Cons
They work you like a dog. Not allowed any breaks, and you are on your feet all day. You have to work 40+ hours for months, even years before even being considered for promotions. They promise lots of oppurtunities, pay raises, etc. when you start, but after working there a year, picking up extra shifts at the last minute, and constantly being scheduled outside of my availability, I only received a 50 cent pay raise. After an entire year, I made as much as someone who had only been there less than a month. Way too much work for the pay. Way too many tasks to get done with not enough employees to do them. Either have more people on shifts, or lessen the expectations. It is nearly impossible to get all the tasks done and keep up the high level of customer service.
