Pros
Free QT doctor. Good benefits, good retirement.
Cons
Full-time positions have you working at least 46 hours a week. Hours are odd and difficult to adjust to. QT never closes, so you'll be there on holidays too. Family events and get-togethers will become a distant memory because you'll be sleeping to work the overnight, your vacation wasn't approved, or you were called-in because there is never enough coverage. Promotions are dangled in front of you like a carrot on a stick. Something you'll endlessly work towards but seldomly ever reach. You'll have to wait several months on a promotion list before chosen, unless 1) someone in the office likes you 2)You'd help fill-out their diversity-in-management goals 3)you somehow manage to have great performance scores while being understaffed and placed under a tremendous workload The yearly Hawaii trip drawings are rigged. Everyone who gets picked each year has either gone before, or is someone whom the supervisors would want to hangout with for a week in Hawaii. Customers are always right and so are their customer comment submissions. Management sides with customers almost always on customer complaints and you will get reprimanded. QT's outdated surveys from the 1990's suggest that people seem more trustworthy if they do not have facial hair. If you are a man, you are only allowed to have a mustache. That's messed up
