      The prospects of a competitive marketable base wage for Security and Law Enforcement Officers

      Job Requirements that are meaningless. 1. Not allowing officers to carry their own weapon or maintain their weapon at home. 2. Requiring their officers to drive to only 1 centralized location in the greater metro Atlanta, GA area without consideration or concern of how bad traffic is or the wear and tear it will be on the officers before getting to work and dealing with high risk positions. I live 60 miles from the centralized site and they required me to come to this site to pick up my weapon daily and returned it after work. Non-sense. Plus they did not disclose this information in the interview process. 3. Putting their OFFICERS at more risk by making them tired by driving across town to retrieve a company provided weapon prior to going to their site to work. These OFFICERS put their LIVES at RISK everyday to make you Executives RICH and YOUR patrons SAFE...YOU really need to DO and BE BETTER.

      Pros

      For part-time flexible hours and if you're a student you can get tuition reimbursement (If you work +13 hours and payed for your tuition). Also, good bounce as you work more hours. And once you stay long enough you can get health insurance and vacation days paid (you can get these benefits has a full time, but if you're and in high school and going to college after this would be better to keep flexible hours and later on get the perks),

      Cons

      At first, they give you a lot of information and even as you work with the company, there will be new things to learn. Bad thing about that is that store managers can get mad because other managers haven't explained to the clerks. So, it can be frustrating, this job is also a lot of talking so if your shy then that would be a problem.
