Pros

Great pay Good Benefits Many good people surrounding you

Cons

Missing family events and Holidays/weekends due to work Insufficient staffing with rigorous demands On your feet all day working very fast pace with no breaks at all Supervisors can be very demanding and quick to complain and discipline, while ignoring hard work and dedication The company touts "Open communication" but they really mean "Don't rock the boat and don't disagree with us, even when we're wrong or making mistakes affecting customers and employees." Don't have any health issues related to work or that affect your ability to work constantly --- they'll end your career. Promotions are hard to come by in established divisions and jobs outside the store seem to depend on who you know and kiss up to, not dedication or qualification. Excessive Politics and growing worse

Pros

“ good “ benefits … bonus , and profit.

Cons

Yall please don’t go working there. You don’t have any breaks weather you full time, part time, manager , whatever. You can’t eat, drink, sit down or anything your whole shift. If you have tattoos you will overheat because of it already being hot outside and in the store. The pay doesn’t match to the amount of work you have to do. You can’t really depend on anyone because there’s nobody on the shifts to depend on. The shifts aren’t rotating so if you pick that shift you can’t change it or rotate it. Requesting days off aren’t a guarantee 9/10 you won’t get it. This is a second version of chic fil a. Smh. Turnover is HIGH. Quick to get in , and when you’re in you’ll see why. & they don’t give you a discount if you work there , you want something out the store you gotta ring it up and pay for it out your own money.
